Coached by Frankie Project (PT freelance website) WordPress Website

Project Requirements

Working with my PT, I was assigned to design a dynamic website for a personal trainer to maximise efficiency while staying within budget. I decided to use WordPress CMS for this purpose. I created a vibrant and exciting website using WordPress's user-friendly interface, which increased the trainer's online presence.

I guarantee flawless operation, collaborating with my PT, giving her administrative permission and customisation by utilising WordPress's vast array of themes and plugins. This allows the trainer to exhibit her proficiency and draw in new customers within the cutthroat fitness sector.

Typography Choices

I used Source Sans Pro (Google fonts) for this project, a well-balanced San serif font originating from Adobe’s first serif fonts. This font type is very readable, solid, rational, and can be pleasing in large sizes.

It’s an excellent typeface optimised for use online. It pairs well with the Roboto typeface, similar to Source Sans.

Colour Pallete

Logo Design

A mixture of gradient colours, such as primary and secondary, was used. For instance, primary and secondary colours were chosen. In this case, the darker green-blue and purple colour pallet was the most convenient choice and can be associated with the theme of the client and also fitness and healthy living in general.

The chosen colour complements very well with Francesca’s visions about vitality, strength and a healthy spirit.

Ultimately, monochromatic colours were also used, predominantly shades of black and white, to provide good usability and look clean and professional. The colours sit well in the fitness world and highlight the outdoors, which is what the website's user expects.
